Edmund Llewellyn Pedro Phillips

Edmund was a son of Thomas Llewellyn, publican, & Jennie (Hitchen), of the Cambrian Vaults and had 3 sisters & a brother.  He worked at W P Phillips, Music Salon and was a member of Newtown Silver Band and the RWF Batalion Band, and on signing up he went to France as a stretcher-bearer. He was killed by a shell at the Front in Belgium and is commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial, Belgium.
