Jane was born to Richard & Elizabeth Ann Evans, Church House, Llanllwchaiarn and lived there with them & her sister, Jessie. She had previously been a school teacher. She is commemorated at the Wesleyan chapel and St Davids Church. She was in the British Army, Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (WAAC) 1917-1920 as a Clerical Worker, 51329, until her death on 27th May 1919.
