Henry was the son of A J & Florence, in Gosport, but they moved to 14 New Church Street in Newtown. He was a decorator, married Florence Williams and had a daughter Florence Doreen, whom he never saw. He was declared missing on the Somme & his death was confirmed in July 1918. He was awarded the British War & Victory medals and is commemorated in St. David's Church.
